Best served with simple white rice.

Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 2 cans White bean (baked) Original flavour with no added sweetness.
Can use bean with tomato sauce.
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste or 1 small can
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Paprika (hot) To taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Broth (Chicken) Or water
Instructions
- Chopped the onion and fry in a deep frying pan, on medium heat, until transperent.
- Add bean.
- Mix in all the spices and the tomato sauce.
- Add broth (or water).
- Let simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Taste and fix spicing if needed.
Notes
- Can add corn niblets, frozen or canned (drained).
- Can keep warm a little longer on low heat. Stir occasionally so as not to burn the bottom.
- Best served with white rice.
