- Baking pan cover with baking sheet
Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes per person
- Oil (olive) to coat
- Black pepper
- Salt (Kosher)
- Paprika
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut to half lengthwise, and each half into 4 pieces lengthwise, creating wedges.
- Put the wedges in a pot and cover with water.
- Bring the water o boil, reduce heat, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Warm oven to 450f (220c).
- Drain the water and place the potatoes on a flat baking pan.
- Drizzle olive oil and mix until the wedges are coated.
- Spread the spices evenly on the top of the potatoes.
- Put the pan in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, until golden. Flip the potatoes half way.
Notes
- If using red potatoes or with thin skin, leave the skin on and just wash thoroughly.
- Leftovers can be reheated on a frying pan.
