Baked potatoes fries

Less mess, same taste.

Equipment

  • Pot
  • Baking pan cover with baking sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Potatoes per person
  • Oil (olive) to coat
  • Black pepper
  • Salt (Kosher)
  • Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and cut to half lengthwise, and each half into 4 pieces lengthwise, creating wedges.
  • Put the wedges in a pot and cover with water.
  • Bring the water o boil, reduce heat, and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Warm oven to 450f (220c).
  • Drain the water and place the potatoes on a flat baking pan.
  • Drizzle olive oil and mix until the wedges are coated.
  • Spread the spices evenly on the top of the potatoes.
  • Put the pan in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, until golden. Flip the potatoes half way.

Notes

  • If using red potatoes or with thin skin, leave the skin on and just wash thoroughly.
  • Leftovers can be reheated on a frying pan.
