In large bowl, mix all ingredients, except for the meat.
Add wings and mix until coated.
Recommended but optional - leave to stand in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Grill: Cook for about 20 minutes, or until brown to your liking. Flip every 5 minutes or so.
Over: 450F for about 60 minutes, or until brown to your liking. Flip every 20 minutes or so. You might want to broil the wings for the last 5 minutes for crisp.
