Heat the pan with a little oil. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Chop the onion and fry until transparent.
Chop the tomato to small pieces and add to the pan.
Add spices and mix.
Cut the hot dogs to slices and add to the pan. Turn the heat up. and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and bring to boil. When boil, reduce heat back to medium low.
Add the orzo and mix it well with the pan content. Add water if needed to fully cover the pan content. Cover with lid.
If adding water, bring to boil on high heat, then reduce to low.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until all water are gone and the orzo it soft.
