Chop the musrooms and set a side.
Chop the onion and fry in a pan, on medium heat, until transperant.
Finely minch the garlic and stir into the pan.
Add chopped mushrooms and cook slowly, occasionally stirring.
When the mushrooms lose some of their volume, add the spices.
Keep cooking and stirring on medium-low heat, until most of the liquid evaporets.
