Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 cup Milk
Instructions
- Warm oven to 375f (190c).
- Mix all ingredients in order. If you have food processor, use it to mix using pulses. Try mixing a little as possible, just until the mix is even and workable.
- Roll chunks of dough into small balls, a little smaller then tennis ball. You should get about 16.
- Put the balls on a baking pan cover with baking sheet. Leave some space between them.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
