Cheese scones

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Warm oven to 375f (190c).
  • Mix all ingredients in order. If you have food processor, use it to mix using pulses. Try mixing a little as possible, just until the mix is even and workable.
  • Roll chunks of dough into small balls, a little smaller then tennis ball. You should get about 16.
  • Put the balls on a baking pan cover with baking sheet. Leave some space between them.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
